At Kloset97, we provide carefully curated fashion pieces and operate clear policies to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

🔁 Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day your parcel is marked as delivered.

All returns must be authorised in advance.
Any items returned without prior approval may be refused and sent back to the customer.

📦 Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will provide a return shipping label
  • Full return instructions will be issued via email

Items must be returned within the timeframe provided. Failure to do so may result in the return being rejected.

✅ Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

We reserve the right to inspect all returns and refuse refunds if items:

  • Show any signs of wear, use, or damage
  • Are returned incomplete or altered

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Underwear and intimate garments (for hygiene reasons)
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items returned in a condition that does not meet our return standards

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 working days for processing

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

💸 Restocking Fee

Kloset97 reserves the right to apply a restocking fee of up to 15% in cases where:

  • Items are returned without fault
  • Returns create operational or handling costs

This fee will be deducted from the final refund amount where applicable.

⚠️ Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photographic evidence must be provided

If approved:

  • A full refund or replacement will be issued
  • Return shipping will be fully covered by Kloset97

🚫 Order Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast dispatch.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

🔄 Failed Deliveries / Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Failure to accept delivery
  • Failure to collect from courier

We reserve the right to:

  • Deduct original shipping and return costs from the refund
  • Or require payment for re-delivery

🚨 Abuse & Fair Use Policy

To protect our business, we monitor return activity.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns from customers with excessive or suspicious return behaviour
  • Decline future orders where abuse of the returns system is identified

🌍 Duties & Taxes

All prices include VAT and import duties.
You will not be charged any additional fees on delivery.
